Art Gates Records has announced the signing of Chile’s Without The Sun.
Without The Sun is a Chilean alternative metal band that is musically characterized by the search for its own sound, focused on highlighting reliefs and shines hidden in the density of the low notes of the strings, with nuances and aggressive contrasts of a clear and powerful voice; added to the rhythm of a strong and aggressive drums.
Through this sound they want to project lyrical concepts and experiences based on the introspection of the human being, to transmit current realities of the sensations that the modern world makes us feel, always trying to show a positive edge that allows us to maintain hope among the current chaos.
In terms of performance, what they intend to transmit is an experience that generates an enveloping environment to the public, with a dark, dense and powerful atmosphere as transmitted by their sound.
They make modern metal not to include additives and external sounds to their music, but to explore within the basics those nuances that can give them an identity while maintaining the essence of simplicity. That’s what they want to transmit and they continue on the path of discovering those brushstrokes that could make them characteristic in the scene.
