Formed in 2003 in Towson, Maryland, All Time Low began as a group of high school friends playing pop punk covers before evolving into a nationally recognized band with a fiercely loyal fanbase. The lineup—Alex Gaskarth on vocals and rhythm guitar, Jack Barakat on lead guitar, Zack Merrick on bass, and Rian Dawson on drums—has remained intact since their earliest days. The band got its name from lyrics in a New Found Glory song and initially signed with the indie label Emerald Moon, releasing their first EP The Three Words to Remember in Dealing with the End in 2004.

In 2020, the band dropped Wake Up, Sunshine, which featured their highest-charting single to date, “Monsters,” featuring Blackbear. That song reached number one on Billboard’s Alternative Songs chart and stayed there for 18 weeks, becoming one of the genre’s most dominant hits of the decade. Their most recent release, Tell Me I’m Alive, arrived in 2023 and reflected their continued evolution while staying true to the infectious energy they built their name on.
